Amenities

Due to the fact that we wish to maintain a luxury barn we have taken effort to provide our clients with added amenities that will make their time spent at the agistment facilities enjoyable.

Tackroom

The tackroom for the Main Barn and Lower Stable is located in the Main Barn. It is lighted, fully insulated and *rodent proof.  Each Agister is assigned private space with divider for their tack, including two fold down mounted saddle racks, two mounted bridle racks, overhead shelf storage and floor space for feed bins or tack trunk. 

Arena Stables have a separate tack area adjacent to stalls in a lighted enclosed shared storage room. There are three mounted saddled racks and six bridle racks.

*While effort has been taken to ensure that the Main Barn tack room is completely sealed from rodents, it is reliant on individuals keeping the door closed.

Wash bay

Adjacent to the Main barn is our wash bay.  The wash bay is cemented with floor drain and quick release tie.

Holding Yards

We provide three holding yards at the front of the barn for our Agisters use for separate feeding, waiting for saddle fitters, chiro, vet, dentist, farrier etc... we also allow the middle holding yard to be used by *guests of our Agisters if they come up to ride with our clients.  *All guests must sign waiver to come on the property.

Hay Storage

Hay storage for Main Barn and Lower Stable is located in the Main Barn. There is a loading door with direct access to the road entrance for easy delivery of hay.

Arena Stables have a separate feed storage area adjacent to stalls in a lighted enclosed shared storage room.

Drying Line

There is a hills hoist laundry line located at the Main Barn for Agisters to line dry rinsed saddle cloths, leggings etc...

ATV

We provide an ATV for your use to assist in Paddock cleaning.  This amenity drastically reduces the time and effort our Agisters expend in keeping clean paddocks.

Note: use of ATV is at your own risk, must be 16yr (with guardian approval) or above to utilize this amenity.

Bathroom

We have a bathroom located in the Main Barn for our clients use.  It is a fully tiled, locking bathroom with lighting, exhaust, electrical outlets, sink and a large mirror with an overhead "rain shower-head" shower.

This allows our clients the ability to enjoy their time at the stables without concern of available toilet facilities. 

Further to that, it allows those clients who work the ability to utilise the time they have before their work day commences to enjoy their horses, with the ability to show and get ready on site, so they can go from the barn directly to work.

Tea Room

There is a common room with table and chairs, refrigerator, tea kettle, deep sink with hot and cold taps available to clients.

TV

In our Tea Room we have also supplied a TV with audio visual input/output cables so that you are able to watch your videos directly off your video camera. 

This amenity is provided for those clients who like to video their lessons and review, those clients who are working a young horse and want to see points in their ride to help with improvement, and those clients preparing video for a sale/purchase of a horse located at the facilities.

Radio

We provide a radio for the main barn, not only is it enjoyable to have background music while grooming and tacking up, it's a great desensitization for the horses having the background noise.
