Horse Arena
We have a 20m x 40m lettered, fully fenced, sanded with base riding arena. We have excellent lighting with no shadowing so that you are able to utilise the hours of your day in early morning or late evening in the arena. Our arena is dragged regularly to ensure excellent footing and safety.
The views from the arena are outstanding, stretch across the beautiful foothills of Adelaide all the way to the Adelaide Plains. This unique placement of the arena is so uplifting and makes you feel like you are riding on top of the world! And the sunsets are to die for.
Round Pen
Our round pen is sanded with high four railed sides. This gives you the confidence and safety needed when schooling young horses. The round pen is large enough that you can work in saddle. Ensuring that you and your horse are well and truly ready to venture out to the arena, shows and trails beyond.
Arena Equipment
As a courtesy to our clients we have provided a range of arena equipment to ensure that you are able to enjoy your chosen discipline to the fullest.
The arena is lettered for dressage
We have five sets of powder coated jump wings
There are 20 Jump poles, ground poles, trotting poles etc.. that you are able to configure to your liking and needs.
We have four Cavalettis, which are especially helpful in early round pen work.
There are cones available for you or your instructor to set up for patterning and training aids.
There are three Barrels available to those who's interests lie towards gaming.
We have a fully enclosed large equipment storage shed directly off the arena to assist in easy set up and removal of training aids.
This ensures that you have easy access to the best training tools necessary to ensure a productive ride.
Usage
As an exclusive luxury agistment facility, our facilities are "closed to the public" this means that only the Agisters and Owner have the right to use the facilities.
This ensures that when you are able to spend time with your horse you are not contending with the overcrowding commonly found in professional/public facilities.
As an Agister you are welcome to engage a trainer/instructor to assist you in your chosen discipline, utilizing all of the facilities.
As a courtesy to our limited number of other Agisters if you have a paid lesson scheduled requiring private access to the arena or round pen, we require that you list your reservation on the Arena or Round Pen schedule boards.
Reservations are required to be listed at a minimum of 24hours prior to your lesson, to ensure your private use during that time.
Reservation timetables are soon to be kept live on the website with individualized Agister passcode access so that you are able to update and have instant and easy viewing access to that weeks reservations.
Private reservation of the arena or round pen is only available to Agister's who are paying an instructor to attend them for their lessons at that time.
Arena and round pen reservations are limited to once per day, per horse and can be no more than 1.5 hours in length.
